In his own words......

My plays have been seen at Actors Theatre of Louisville, Kentucky Center for the Arts, Aronoff Center in Cincinnati, the National Black Theater Festival in Winston-Salem, NC and include:

BOOMERANG, in which a tribe of 20-somethings celebrating a friend’s birthday in Berkeley, Cal., 1969, smoke pot, get naked, and hold a séance and burn the flag in a hapless romp assessing the costs and benefits of a turbulent decade.
JOCKEY JIM, involving an old black stable hand haunted by ghosts of his past as a Kentucky Derby-winning rider uses superior horsemanship to reclaim a forgotten legacy.
THE MAGNIFICENT STEPHEN, about a celebrated slave guide at Mammoth Cave in the 1850s who miscalculates the limits of his fame in a tragic bid for the freedom promised in his late master’s will.
BOOTY OF THE YEAR, a powerful story of love, revenge and sibling rivalry involving two sisters who are professional wrestlers. Avaricious fight promoter sponsoring nationwide search for America’s most fabulous derriere turns it into a grudge match. Will love between the sisters prevail or have they become the heartless divas they portray in the ring?
KIN UNDER THE SKIN, a one-act farce about reparations for American slavery, in courtroom setting overseen by a rambunctious judge with vaudevillian flair.
DOUBLE V, a crusading black newsman during World War II helps persuade President Harry Truman to desegregate the military.
